Christine Petkovich, Realty ONE Group Gateway

Christine provided great service to her client making a transaction with many moving parts run smoothly. Her ability to communicate and problem solve set her apart. I'd love to work with Christine again.

My husband and I had made plans at the end of 2019 to buy our first home in the spring of 2020. Coronavirus scared us, but after a in-depth and well-rounded conversation with Christine, we decided to lean into our first home purchase. WITHIN 20 days after our initial conversation, Christine had negotiated a remarkable deal that landed my husband and I a beautiful home with turn-key equity. Christine executes her profession with a high degree of accuracy and intensity. She was in constant contact with lender and title company and instantaneously available via phone or text. You can tell that she draws from a deep well of experience and professionalism. Thank you Christine!

I worked with Christine to purchase my first home and she was an exceptional realtor. She answered any questions that I had without ever making me feel uncomfortable. She really did want the experience to be as pleasant as possible. She was very patient while I was still deciding on THE house and worked very quickly when I finally did pick one. We closed almost immediately. I would highly recommend her if this is your first or your fifth home. Christine is so helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you!
