I brought an oriental rug here to be cleaned. Lexi, Kyle and Laura are the nicest. They were so kind to my young children who asked a million questions, and they did not complain once about moving my rug from my car to the store in the pouring rain. They were detail oriented in explaining the cleaning process. Kyle and Laura worked together to point out areas that could be repaired. It was a really reasonable and fair quote. I was floored at how fast the turnaround time was. When they unraveled the rug, I couldn’t believe how wonderful it looked. The frayed edges were fixed and it looked like a new rug. I need to buy a new rug so I can come back for this experience again. Thank you for keeping this art alive!
