My wife brought her car in for a routine alignment. Eight hours later, once the work was finally completed, they presented her with a long list of questionable and extremely overpriced recommendations. They suggested unnecessary fluid flushes, replacing all four tires despite the tires being in good condition, charging $50 to replace a rear windshield wiper, nearly $800 for spark plugs, a fuel-system cleaning, replacing an entire CV axle for a faulty CV boot, and replacing an entire control arm rather than the bushing they claimed was bad. They also recommended replacing brake pads and rotors that are still in good condition. The entire experience felt like an attempt to pile on as much high-profit “gravy work” as possible rather than provide honest, necessary service. We will never bring a vehicle here again, and based on our experience, I strongly recommend taking your car somewhere else.

Let me begin by saying, We are Full-time RVers, traveling America! By starting with this statement , brings about the words.. "Trust& Integrity." With that said, Logan & Lacey and Christian Brothers@ Woodway has those characteristics. We have always had previous Businesses' ,we could trust ,from our home bases. So you can imagine, needing services you can trust with Our , "Necessary Vehicles". That's when I made contact with Logan,Lacey @ CB. Hearing from our kids in Bixby OK. and Woodways' posted reviews, It directed Us to CB Woodway while in the area. The Experience & Service was done with Professionalism, Quality Customer Service and Work.... to My Satisfaction!! Also a extra note. I had never been here before my visit today. I would highly recommend Christian Brothers! They are knowledgeable, kind, and great communicators. They keep you informed throughout the entire process and do not have hidden fees. The included ride service to get you where you need to go and speed of service in addition to communication throughout the process make the car repair process as easy and stress free as possible. I highly recommend coming here and will be back in the future for any car repair needs.

I will be returning for my car needs and recommending to friends! As a college student, I have had very predatory experiences with other automotive places. Not once did I feel that here. They were professional, respectful and I felt safe to talk about options, my problems with my car, and ride with there driver. I did not feel pressured to buy or fix something one time and they were understanding of my financial limitations. If your daughter is a Baylor student and needs car help, I would 100% send her here (guys too :)). PS the service I got was an entire headlight assembly replacement.
