Christian Brothers Automotive Mt Juliet

Just moved to the area and brought my truck into the Chevy dealership and two mechanic shops to diagnose the issues I was having. The Christian Brothers were not only the best priced, but also the most thorough and informative., I dropped off my truck at 9 AM and they were finished by 6 PM same day. I was super impressed with how quick and efficient they were, in addition to being super kind and professional. Highly recommend them boys! -Steve

Ten stars! I cannot believe the amazing level of customer service, especially from a automotive shop! My daughter's car was having trouble so she brought it to the closest shop near her for an estimate. I had her give me the estimate and I brought it to Christian Brothers to review. They believed they could do better. Once they got the mechanics on the vehicle they found even more repairs that were needed. Yet, they were able to walk us through all our options, recommend repairs for cost efficiency, and help keep us within the original estimate. I am so grateful to have a mechanic I know I can trust. Our family will be life long customers and we will recommend this shop to all our family and friends. Thank you for exceptional customer service! God bless you!

Very good experience. Seem to be very thorough. Everyone was very courteous. It was very easy to make an appointment on line and I was able to get my car in the next day. I will definitely bring my car back to Christian Brothers Automotive.
