Christian Brothers Automotive Gilbert at Higley and Baseline

Christian Brother's Automotive was amazing! Robert explained things in detail, from safety, pricing and the function of the parts needing to be replaced on the vehicle. While I am not in a position to repair everything at once, he helped explain what was of high importance while keeping in mind my financial situation. He was very honest and willing to help get me back on the road safely at a reasonable price. They offer a warranty on their parts as well, 3 years or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first. They also offer a shuttle service so that you are not in a bind and left without a car. I was able to get to work and home while my car was being repaired. Chuck was my shuttle driver, he was a very good and safe driver but an even better human to get to know on our ride to and from. God is good and there is power in prayer. I recommend this company. Best customer service out there!

Through oil changes, brake repair, and engine work, I have been amazed at the level of high quality service this facility embraces and demonstrates! Very thoughtful, respectful,  and considerate group of front desk workers as well.. Clean location, nice waiting room and repairs that are done the right way! Shout out to Owner/Manager Randy and front desk worker Keith for their attentiveness and true compassion with my tough dilemma. The guys at the front desk took the time to explain the work to be done on my vehicle. The price was very competitive. I loved that a courtesy vehicle was able to take me home so I wouldn't have to wait for my vehicle. The waiting area was also nice and clean.
