Smooth Sailing
Cherry City did an exceptional job with our flooring project from start to finish. First of all, the selection of materials offered in the showroom provides a clear span of quality and pricing, which educated us and allowed us to choose a product to nicely complement our beautiful home. Samantha was available to show us different flooring options and to answer any questions we had. Second, Samantha visited our home to measure and advise us on specifics for the flooring projects (engineered hardwood and carpeting). This allowed us to receive a firm estimate for the project and to get materials ordered and installation scheduled. Finally, the installation process was outstanding. The installers communicated with us daily, were polite and easy to work with, and completed our projects in a timely manner with no issues. The quality of their work made the installation process stress free and enjoyable. It was a pleasure doing business with Cherry City and we look forward to working with them again.
