Waggoner carpet install

Process was okay. Kent was helpful and friendly. The installer was outstanding, worked overtime to get it done in one day and excellent job. However, I have about 11 yards of waste carpet, left over not used. At $87 a yard for material, installation, pad, and disposal that amounts to over $900 paid for waste or about 18% of the total paid. This is not the first time I have had this carpet replaced and never have I experienced this much waste. I did talk to Kent about it, no really good explanation.

    Great work.

    Brad was great helping us pick the best carpet and pad for our needs. Also, our installers did an excellent job laying the carpet and pad, which is a very important part of the transaction.

    Wonderful to work with

    We replaced our kitchen and main floor with LVP and all of our bedroom carpeting as well as new kitchen counters and backsplash. Samantha was wonderful to work with from the start. She really listened to what I was going for and made suggestions on colors and styles to pull all of my projects together. All of the installers were courteous and everyone answered our questions along the way. We are very pleased with the final outcome and will use them on projects in the future.
