Promises Fulfilled Ten Fold

A flood event at my home required new flooring throughout. Of the 5 flooring providers I explored, Cherry City's team - led by Kent Smith in my case - excelled in every area of service. His product knowledge and eye for design, opened ideas for my consideration. He was ready for our first appointment with product already pulled to suggest. His communication and follow-up far exceeded any of the other providers under consideration. That communication did not end once the bid was secured. From updates on product delivery, to scheduling installation, Kent's approach to service remained constant. The installers were equally personable and timely. Clint Sellers, the vinyl plank and tile installer, had obvious expertise in his craftsmanship. There will never be a need for me to shop providers again. I am a Cherry City customer for life.
