New Flooring and Countertops from Cherry City

We recently had our carpeting removed and laminate flooring installed. We also had kitchen countertops replaced with quartz. Both projects were handled by Cherry City.
We had a very positive experience with Kent in choosing the products used. Kent was extremely helpful in talking us through possible issues in changing the flooring, and was very responsive when we had questions, as well as when we changed our mind as to the selection of countertops. If he did not know the answer to a question, he reached those who did and returned every call and email very promptly.
The installers were efficient and professional. When something was going to need problem-solving, they talked with us and provided options. Clint was especially creative in figuring out how to work around a lock at the bottom of the sliding door.
Both installations occurred on the timeline we were given, and went very smoothly. The finished products look wonderful! Overall we are very pleased with an experience that often can be nothing but a headache. Well done, Cherry City!
