I worked with Kent Smith of Cherry City Interiors & Design when shopping for replacement flooring for three bedrooms in my recently purchased home. I was undecided between carpet and laminate. Kent patiently worked through the decision process with me, provided numerous samples of both laminate and carpet over a period of several days, and offered invaluable insight on color and style. I eventually decided on wall-to-wall carpet and wanted a wool product. Of the several flooring stores I visited in Salem, Cherry City Interiors & Design had by far the best selection of wool carpet, but the deciding factor in choosing Cherry City was the quality of their products and the superior level of customer service and responsiveness I experienced at this store. Kent was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. He answered every email and phone call quickly and always followed up on details. He was professional, courteous, and personable. My carpet was installed as scheduled. The installers were on time and worked hard to finish the job. I am extremely pleased with my beautiful new carpeting, with the attention to detail in the installation, and with the stellar customer service I received during this transaction. Thank you!
