We are very happy we hired Bill to help sell our house! He offers the same services as the more expensive agents, and we saved thousands of dollars. He gave great advice on prepping the house for sale, setting the asking price, responding to our buyer's repair requests...he was always quick to answer all our questions. He's professional and a pleasure to work with. We would definitely hire him again.

Bill Gaffney was very professional, proficient, and felt like his job selling my home was done with ease as he has a couple of decades of experience in this industry. If there were any type of hiccup it was resolved quick and painlessly. I would definitely recommend Bill to anyone wanting to sell their home in a professional, quick, and virtually stress free environment. It was always a pleasure communicating with him via phone, text, and email. Thank you so much Bill for a job very well done and I’am extremely grateful for your services.
Scott did a fantastic job in selling our home! He is very social, cordial, and courteous with a supreme awareness to professionalism. I would highly recommend him! He was willing to do whatever it took to get our home sold. Thanks again Scott!
Can't speak to these other reviewers' experiences, but we sold our home in 2013 with Bill and everything was EXACTLY the same as using a regular realtor, just cheaper (1% for Change, 3% to the other realtor for a savings of 2%). Our NE Portland home sold in 3 days and the buyers even waived the inspection! The only thing that might be helpful to know was that we knew better than he how to price the house and asked to have it listed about $20,000 more than he had suggested and, as I said, the accepted offer was over this by another $15,000 or so. This can be forgiven as the sale occurred at the beginning of the current sellers market. If you have a very complicated sale to perform or there are issues with your house that will make it hard to sell, you may want to find someone else. But if everything is straightforward and your house is desirable, I can't imagine why you wouldn't want to use Bill and save a little money. My wife and I plan to use them again this spring, which should say something.
We totally agree with the reviews written here, our experience was very similar. Todd Gunderson was our agent when we bought our house. • Told us there was another offer on the house to pressure us into submitting an offer • Tried to hook us up with his loan officer friend who couldn’t match US Bank’s interest rate or fees. Todd didn’t like this. • When house was inspected and water was found in crawl space Todd told us the owner said it was due to a faulty refrigerator water filter that was improperly installed. It wasn’t because when it rained we had water everywhere and all 4 companies that we got bids from to fix the water problem could not find any signs that water came from the area where the refrigerator is located. $20,000 to fix this. • 2 of the appliances that we were advised not to ask for in our offer and then ended up buying from the owner had to be repaired before we could use them. Refrigerator-$900.00 and microwave-$300.00. • Garage floor was not sealed and water leaked into basement. Not revealed to us • House on unimproved street that was never revealed to us. House was listed on .97 acre, but not informed that it was environmentally protected. If Todd had been a good agent we would have had him looking out for us, but he didn’t.
