Champion Home Inspection, LLC

Alex with Champion Home Inspection was very prompt, knowledgeable, and meticulous with his entire inspection. He provided excellent service and even went the extra mile to explain his findings in as much detail as possible. His report included pictures and descriptions from top to bottom of the house. He included special emphasis on items that required immediate attention. Alex is top notch and will recommend to others looking for a home inspector! Thank you so much, Alex!!

Alex was a pleasure to work with. His 68-page inspection report, while granular in detail, was also illustrated with hundreds of photos. He paired this close analysis with a well-organized and concise executive summary. His work is also an amazing value. In addition to the detailed report, he also offers to reinspect up to ten items after the seller’s contractor has completed work. And, for me, he inspected a property nearly an hour’s drive from Lexington at no extra charge. If you need a home inspector, Alex is your guy.

Champion Home Inspection was amazing value for the service they provided. From the time of booking through the inspection, they made the process easy, answered questions, and took time to address our specific concerns. I had the inspection report in our hands about an hour after the inspection concluded. Alex was courteous and kind and took time to explain things in language I could understand. I would recommend Champion to anyone looking for high-value home inspection services. An incredible service delivered with the highest integrity and professionalism.
