Suzanne brought such a high level of local knowledge and strategy to the table through my purchase that far surpassed my expectations. We were able to walk into the place with instant equity based on her negotiating skills and she was able to get me every bit of info I requested through the process. My wife and I met Sarah at an open house that we decided to visit at the last minute. We didn’t end up finding the right house that day but we did find an outstanding real estate agent who is an even better person! After viewing the house, we had a short conversation with Sarah, exchanged contact information and told her we would be in contact soon. On our next trip to Bend, we met Suzanne and Sarah for coffee and discussed our real estate goals. Our down to earth conversation at this meeting is what connected us and we knew they were the team that we needed! There was zero pressure, only an opportunity to get to know each other and discuss the market. Over the next year we stayed in constant contact, looked at other homes and ask many questions. Sarah & Suzanne were always quick to reply and educated us on many aspects of the market in Central Oregon. Last fall as the City of Bend decided to change the regulations around STRs, Sarah contacted us and explained how this would impact our search for a home that qualified and the timeline to ensure that we did not miss out on an opportunity to meet our goal. A few months later we closed on a home that had everything we were looking for!! Most of the time after escrow closes, the agent and buyer thank each other and go their separate ways. That is not the case with them. They continue to support us from recommending contractors, property managers and others who help support us. They also have helped guide us through the STR permitting process, walked us through obtaining an LLC and are available to assist us when we are not in town. Sarah and Suzanne are not only people that we do business with, they are friends as well! My wife and I often speak about how grateful we are to have met these two!
