My husband and I want to make sure these folks get the credit and praise they 110% deserve! Max, Kyle, and Cody came out within a few hours and replaced our OLD water heater! Did a great job of attaching the new replacement to the water system, cleaned up the mess left, and explained everything. Wonderful jobs, thank you so much!! The old water heater was always a worry. We're all set, now! Great company and workmen!

It can be hard trusting a service company to come out and do honest work. That wasn't a problem with Richard G. at Central Oregon Heating and Cooling. He gave us an honest assessment and explained all the options. Once our decision was made he finished his work in a timely manner and was on his way. I wouldn't hesitate to have Richard out to work on your property!

Mike was outstanding to work with today. He checked our HVAC system and was able to diagnose the issue quickly. He is very knowledgeable and provided us great information on heat pumps and furnaces to help us solve our problem and get AC back to running in the heat of summer. Would highly recommend him.

I called Sunday at 5pm to make an appointment for this week for a broken garbage disposal and I was told someone would be here Monday at 10am. Kion arrived at 9:35. Kion is very professional and personable. He is incredibly knowledgeable, listened patiently to everything that I had tried to fix it and then attempted to repair it. I knew I would probably need a new disposal and I did. I was grateful Kion had one in the truck and he installed it in what seemed like record time! I learned he has 10 years experience. Kion ran the disposal and sink to ensure everything was working properly. He took his time making sure there were no back ups. He explained all the warranty information to me. Kion was amazing and if I ever have any further issues with plumbing, heating or cooling I am calling this company immediately. I’d give 6 stars to Kion and this company if I could.
