I have worked for The Central Oregon Collective for almost a year and have found it to be an amazing collaboration of caring people to work with. Everyone including administration pulls together as a team to make this such a great job and dedicated work is always noticed and rewarded. It’s truly a priority to enrich the lives of their clients by finding the best care staff and letting you know how much you’re appreciated. The clients are incredible as well and give as much if not more fulfillment back, making this such a rewarding job.

I have worked for Central Oregon Collective for some years now and absolutely love it. I would not have stayed this long if it were not for the recognition this company shows their employees. I am always feeling appreciated which is a big deal. This is health care and no one in this field gets paid what they are worth! They offer amazing chances for monthly bonuses, they offer benefits and you have a chance at raises at 6 months, 1 year and every year after! Love the happiness in the clients faces because we help where they need it.
