1-Star Review of Cascade Summit Apartment Homes

If you like paying too much to live in squalor, look no further! We are being flooded by the complex sprinklers every night. We have begged management six times to please turn off the sprinklers near our home and they are either too stupid or just refuse and will not tell us why. We cannot enjoy our space with the community created bog we are forced to endure. It's raining inside my home every night, ruining the interior and creating toxic mold. The bugs are slugs are out of control from the moisture. I will not be responsible for these damages as we have requested relief many times. There are no plants, and the mulch is creating mud puddles that is ruining the carpet. This is my home, it's supposed to be a place of peace, but the apartments have ruined that and make me dread coming home every day.

Cascade Summit is the very best I so enjoyed the years I lived here. Everyone from office staff to the maintenance crew. Top notch!They make living at Cascade Summit very enjoyable . They really go out of their way to make sure everyone is taken care of. I want to thank everyone for all the years I lived there! I enjoyed it very much! Thanks again for a wonderful place to live!!

Cascade Summit is quiet, pleasant place to live. It is convenient to Safeway, post office, city hall and others. The maintenance is prompt and capable and even available on the weekend. The staff promotes events to encourage community and keeps residents informed of safety issues. I intend to call Cascade Summit my permanent home!

Tom, the maintenance man is the most trustworthy, efficient, knowledgeable, and prompt staff member. Cascade Summit is a wonderful community to live in. I just signed my eighth year renewal contract. I would recommend living here to everyone who is looking for a great and safe environment!

We love Cascade Summit Apartments. We initially lived in a town home for almost 3 years and loved the spacious home. We recently downsized to an apartment and are just as happy here. We currently have a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment with a 1 car garage. Upon move in, the apartments are always extremely clean, new carpet, resurfaced countertops and painted. The space is fresh and bright. We have relatively no noise from other units. We do have someone below us in the apartment but are not sure how soundproof the space is. We do have a crazy large dog who loves to run and play above them. Staff has always been friendly and on top of whatever we need. Maintenance is handled in a timely manner and staff is great to work with. We LOVE the location, close proximity to dining, shopping, airport, concerts, medical care etc. we are able to be downtown in an short amount of time without having to use the interstates if they are backed up. We have some really nice outdoor and walking spaces and can walk to shop of get a bite to eat. So thankful we stayed with Cascade summit for our recent downsizing and move.
