Cascade Building Services

My sewer backed up and Cascade came to the rescue. Josh was positive and professional. Had to get big snake out but cleared the problem! Plus they served my Mt Hood home. Bonus points because good help is hard to find up here.

I am the commercial real estate manager in the Portland area and we use Cascade Building Services across our entire portfolio. We have been working with them for over 3 years now. They are extremely helpful and attentive to all of our buildings. CBS offers a wealth of services that are extremely important in commercial real estate as well as residential. We're very happy to have found CBS and look forward to many years with their services in the future. Their employees are hard working and have become a crucial part of our business.

I have worked with Cascade Building Services for 15 years. During this time, I have always been pleased with the quality of their work. They are professional, timely and trustworthy. I get approached from other janitorial companies often and I tell them that I am very pleased with my current provider. I appreciate the family environment that they provide their employees--you can always tell a happy employee. When I need a rush service, they always pull through. I strongly endorse Cascade Building Services.
