Since they bought out nacho mamas the place has really done a 360 in a positive way. The food is bomb. Homemade tortillas too 😋. The salsa is on point and they have amazing outdoor seating and customer service. My go to place now. ♡

Excellent. No wonder this place always looks busy! Chips and really good Pico style salsa is unlimited. They just keep bringing it! The fajita salad with chicken was low-carb heaven- great since I was stuffed with chips by then. Others in our party of four had chicken and beef fajitas and a spicy shrimp Diablo. All said their dish was excellent. The frozen margarita was reported as one of the best ever. I live in the Phoenix area and eat Mexican often. Casa Colima is right up with the best. I'll be back!

Fun atmosphere, great service, delicious foods! We went weekend late lunch and sat outside. Tables were social distanced. Chips and salsa very fresh and refilled without asking. The el Pastor tacos were out of this world. I will definitely return and bring more friends and family. No wonder the parking lot is always hopping when I drive by!
