Casa Adobe Express

Wow, I’m *BLOWN* away by Casa Adobe! My coworker recommended the Dynamita Fries and they’re BEYOND AMAZING!!! You can choose your meat (chicken, chorizo, etc) I use the drive through, and there’s typically a 15 minute wait but the food is so hot and fresh. I was truly shocked at how amazing it tasted. My only small complaint is that my son wanted rice in place of fries but they wouldn’t do that. They removed the fries and charged me $3+ extra for the rice which came in a separate container and we had to take it home and assemble it. I truly don’t think it was asking too much to swap the fries for rice. Other than that, I am soooo very excited to have this place close by to go on my lunch breaks. HIGHLY recommend. ETA: I went a third time and ate inside this time. The restaurant is very clean and the workers are so nice!

My daughter and I hopped off the exit on our way north, and stumbled on Casa Adobe Express, and I’m glad we did! I’m happily crushing a burrito as I write this. Casa Adobe is counter order Mexican with tons of flavor! The burrito was a good size, they had steak cut fries, which was a nice touch with the queso cheese and creamy dipping sauces. Way better than franchise counter order spots. The staff is super friendly too. Glad we stopped!

Really exceeded our expectations. The staff was super nice. The food incredibly good. I wish we lived closer. We'd be eating here often. The shrimp on my SW salad was perfectly cooked. The salad itself was fresh, quality produce. And the chili lime dressing, so good. My wife had nachos just the way she likes.
