Carol Godinez, Realtor - Yuma Real Estate Agent

Carol helped us find the perfect home, as well as helped us make improvements to that home. Carol goes above and beyond for you. I would not use any other Realtor!

Carol was amazing in helping us with the purchase of our house, she was on top of it. She was extremely responsive and quick to everything that needed to be done. She left every question and worry answered. The whole process was worry free and simple for being first time home buyers. We will be sure to ask her to help us sell our home as well. Highly recommended.

Working with Carol was a true blessing for me and my family. She helped us in purchasing our 1st home in a new state and walked us through the entire process effortlessly. She is extremely knowledgeable in what she does and doesnt mind explaining anything you don't understand in the process. She is always available for any questions and always has a quick response through multiple ways of communication. I feel if you want someone who is easy to work with and will work hard in helping you find a home perfect for you and your family you wont find anyone better than Carol!!!☺️👍
