I had an amazing experience here from start to finish! Jay and Irene were so kind, honest, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process; from my initial quote, to scheduling, to the actual service, and final walkthrough. During the install, Jay even called to let me know he noticed a small scratch on my driver's side window that I hadn't seen before (it would've been really hard to catch, especially since it was there before the tint). I really appreciated the transparency and care. What really sold me was how informative and helpful Irene was while I was researching shops. She took the time to explain all the different tint film options, what the differences were, and pricing, which made me feel confident in my choice. Some of the other shops I contacted didn't offer nearly the same level of detail, so this really stood out. I brought my newly purchased 2026 Honda Civic Hatchback here and went with Llumar IRX 25% on the front windows, 15% on the back, and Llumar Air 80% on the windshield, and everything came out perfect. I really appreciated how welcoming and respectful the experience was--no pressure, no upselling, just straightforward and honest service. I chose this shop based on Reddit and Yelp recommendations and I'm so glad I did. I'll definitely be back to get the sunroof tinted next. Highly recommend!
