Kate at Carey Hughes was consistent, focused, and tremendously knowledgable of the home-buying process from start to finish. She spent many weekends touring with us and helping us, even though the market was consistently unpredictable. We found a home we absolutely loved and put in an offer the week before Christmas and she didn't blink! She took her time, ensured it was the best offer possible, and when it was accepted she took all of the painful processes off of our shoulders. I cannot recommend Kate and Carey Hughes homes enough!

The whole Carey Hughes team have been absolutely great to work with. I recently sold a home with them and had a wonderful experience. In a otugh sellers market where inventory turnover has been a challenge they were able to get my house under contract just 4 days after listing. Throughout the entire process the team were all very responsive and solutions oriented. Even when I approved a higher repair amount they were able to negotiate $4k in savings I otherwise wouldn't have received if I had chosen to let a less effective team represent me. I cannot say enough great things about their ability to ethically and transparently represent their clients in a way where all parties walk away from the deal feeling great about the outcome. I highly recommend this team and will definitely be using them in the future!
