You’ve heard of terrible car salesmen, doing shady things to make the deal happen? Well I can assure you that was not the case at Capital Toyota. Everyone was warm and inviting. Offered snacks and drinks while we waited. Billy helped us out and didn’t play games and he was a no BS kinda guy, very friendly and you could tell had great rapport with his fellow colleagues. He was no pressure and really guided us through the process. I’d say if your in the market for a car stop in and see Billy. He also gave me words to live by, never leave the house without a belt or shoes.

My dad & I went to just look at cars yesterday , and as soon as we got there we were greeted by Mitch. He was very friendly , very polite and not pushy like most car sales people are. He came out and got the the point while also being very respectful and super helpful when it came to answering all of our questions and making things happen. I ended up leaving with a new car and was very pleased with my experience at Capitol Toyota. The car is great but the service here was even better! Thank you to Mitch and everyone who helped us find my perfect car!

This review is for Kristina Minahan with sales. This was by far the BEST dealership experience I had! Kristina was amazing to work with, again! This was the 3rd vehicle my family and I got from her the past 1+ year. No pressure, friendly, knowledgeable, honest, transparent pricing, and communicative. All something you don't necessarily expect from a dealership, but Kristina and Capitol Toyota are something else! I also want to give Jerimiah a huge shout out with helping me with my PPF and accessories! I can't recommend Capitol Toyota and Kristina enough!
