Canaga Point S Tire & Auto Service

We purchased tires for our Jeep. First, price was unbeatable. After shopping around, it was worth it to trailer the Jeep and drive the 1.5 hours (65 miles) to get them from this Point S even though there are many other tire and auto service shops between us. Next, making an appointment was incredibly easy and worked well with our schedule. Having experienced being in any Automotive shop, one expects that you don't really get in at your scheduled time. That was not the case, the shop guys were ready the minute we drove the Jeep off the trailer. We left to have breakfast because again, previous experience elsewhere told us we'd wait well over an hour, again, we hadn't even received our meal and received a message letting us know they were finished. The customer service was on point, Eileen the store manager was friendly and courteous (being in management myself, you can see the level of care she has for her store as well as her team, and was a breath of fresh air), overall great experience. Bonus is the waiting room is well maintained, clean and welcoming. We will definitely be back and have already recommended them to friends/family that it is well worth the drive for good service.

Huge Thank you to the Team at Canaga Point S Tires in Lebanon for all their help with scheduling me quickly for new tires, they were in pretty bad shape and they got me right in same day and back on the road ! Also, with some other mechanical issues that I was being told differently from another company, this team went above and beyond their jobs and gave me the correct advice and help to keep me safe on the road! Great Staff, caring employee who helped me with a 'Brake Check' light warning. They had a scan tool that checked it out. 12 minutes later the problem was detected and they solved the problem and cleared the codes for me! Super helpful and I'm super satisfied with the quality of service!!! Will W.
