1-Star Review of Campbell Appliance Heating & Air Inc.

Horrible horrible customer service. I ended up cancelling my order and ordered the parts myself self and installing them, which took me a whole 48 hours to do. I had waited two weeks for parts to come in. I have requested a refund and the rep said she would escalate my request to the owners. Well I still havent heard from them. I also sent an email to them as well with no response. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. I never received any call back or updates on my order. I had to call to check and was ALWAYS promised a call back and until today a month later, still no phone call or response.
