I loved the front desk lady! Very friendly and if I needed to go back there for a repair, I would bring her fresh baked bread or cookies. The mechanics were also friendly and great — walked thru everything with me including all the minor details on my vehicle repair. Most importantly… everything was fixed great and no issues remaining, not to mention they had the repair done within a week despite delays on certain parts! Would recommend Caliber for a repair.

Good customer service that kept me informed. If I had any questions they would answer in a respectable time and manner. The only two things that I didn't much care for were the fact that my car now smells like nail polish, though probably from the new parts, and the first time I showed up I was not informed that I was to be dropping it off for the appraisal so I had to reschedule.
