Joining Cabot CrossFit has become one of the best and most life-changing experiences since moving to Arkansas. I’ve never experienced a more supportive, encouraging and enthusiastic group of incredible coaches and Community.

Cabot CrossFit is phenomenal. Knowledgeable and caring coaches. Angie and Chuck are such wonderful people. I joined in June of 2020 and was there two years before I moved out of state in 2022. I would recommend Cabot CrossFit to anyone and everyone. They care about their customers. They are very fairly priced compared to other CrossFit gyms in the area and go above and beyond to make your experience at their gym worth it. Great coaching great workouts. They have events for holidays and make it fun! I lost 10% body fat working out at this gym but the best part is they bring you in like family. They are super inclusive and a safe place for LGBTQ and POC. They make it a priority for it to be a safe place for anyone who wants to move their body and exercise, you absolutely don’t have to be a “gym rat” their priority is fitness for life. They don’t have that toxic culture over fitness and food like some gyms have. I cried when I moved because I didn’t want to have to leave CCF. This picture is me and a team at a CrossFit competition in LR the group of ladies behind me are CCF members, some competing but the rest just came to support. That’s the kind of community CCF has, it’s the kind of community you want to be apart of!

I’ve been practicing CrossFit for about four years now, and I was out of town from Florida. Happened to Google CrossFit near me. This place came on my radar went to go visit although I did not work out the place looks amazing. The staff seems pretty great. The owner called me directly when I was trying to get a hold of the gym after hours. Definitely would recommend if you were going to work out if you’re out of town.
