Butte Creek Computer Service, Repair, & Virus Removal LLC

Scott is extremely well of what he does. He knows computers completely he treats all of us with respect kindness compassion and helpness. He's a wonderful human being and I'm so happy that I know him and that he keeps my computer running beautifully

Very highly recommend Scott Hale, proprietor, for computer services. I was a walk-in with an HP Pavilion Desktop that wouldn't start after 3 years of storage. Scott very professionally proposed a troubleshooting sequence that tracked down the problems, resulting in a fast solution at a reasonable cost. Great communication by phone, text and in person. Very accessible Main Street shop in the center of charming Silverton

Diagnosis and repairs were done quickly. I was expecting it to take longer with the current supply chain issues. Scott kept us informed throughout the process and made sure we knew the costs before they were incurred.. He even was patient to explain everything to me after already having explained it to my son.
