I just purchased my second set of hearing aides. He explained everything thoroughly and is always there to help me when needed. Highly recommend.

I am so impressed with this Business and the married couple who own it. Two years ago, I got a tip hung in my ear and went in and he was so kind to take it out for me and not charge me anything. It was an iffy thing if it could be done (I have a tiny ear canal) and he was very successful. So this year I went back for a new replacement one and you could not beat the service. Both of them are so friendly and I waited till the last minute to go and get mine ordered. They expedited it for me, it ended up going to their home and they had to pick it up but I went in on Thursday and picked up my Hearing Aid on Monday. We really enjoyed the conversation with Shawn and his wife/co-owner was so helpful.

Awesome husband and wife team. If the customer is happy they are happy. Five stars isn't near enough. They explain all your options with youu so you can get the best hearing aid(s) possible.
