After comparing pricing and options from several building suppliers, I ultimately chose Bull Buildings in Mount Airy, NC. Their pricing was very competitive, but what truly set them apart was the level of service and expertise they provided throughout the process. The main reasons I chose Bull Buildings were: My sales representative, Ashley, was incredibly patient throughout my nine-month decision-making process. She was always available to answer questions and never made me feel pressured. She took the time to explain the different building options and presented products from multiple manufacturers, clearly outlining the advantages and differences between each. Ashley wasn't afraid to point out where some of my initial choices might not be the best long-term investment. I appreciated her honesty and willingness to prioritize my needs over simply making a sale. Before long, I viewed Ashley as a trusted consultant rather than just a salesperson. Her knowledge and guidance were invaluable throughout the entire project. In the end, I received exactly the building I was looking for. It was delivered and installed by Steel Buildings & Structures, whose installation crew did an outstanding job. The workmanship was excellent, and the quality of the materials exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Bull Buildings to anyone looking for a quality steel building backed by exceptional customer service and expert guidance.
