Bug Commander Pest Control

I love that this pest control company is local and family owned. I was very pleased with the level of service I received both from the appointment scheduler and the technician. They were both very helpful, informative, respectful, courteous, & professional. The pricing was also excellent compared to the larger companies in the area. I appreciate the level of expertise and knowledge these guys have. I can’t recommend them enough!

Highly recommend Bug Commander Pest Control! Their service is absolutely amazing! They’re quick, honest, reasonable, and work very efficiently! Jordan was able to come to our house and help us with our ant problem and answered every question I had! He was very thorough throughout our house and made sure each area was checked. We definitely don’t like those little insects coming in but when they do we always reach out to you! Thank you Bug Commander Pest Control!

I used Bug Commander for over 4 years and I would still be with them if not for moving out of the service area. The office staff are amazingly friendly and provide world-class customer service. I never got of fthe phone with them confused or uncertain of next steps. From billing issues to add-on services, I knew exactly what I was getting, when I was getting it, and if a visit was required, I knew who was coming to my door. Jordan was my tech for over 4 years and he was always prompts. He followed up appointment settings with a text message when he was enroute so I always knew when to expect him. He is extremely thorough and goes above and beyond in his service. His knowledge on every possible type of invasive insect is staggering and he knows how to tackle various issues. He was quick to respond to emergency hornet/wasp removal, we're talking same day service. I can't say enough good things about Bug Commander. If you are in need of a quality pest control service, look no further than these folks. They provide exemplary service and competetive rates and will have you covered in those rare emergencies. Bug Commander is the gold standard by which all other pest control services should be measured, and I was lucky enough to have had service with them.
