I purchased my home about 18 months ago, and I absolutely *love* the design, the construction, and the neighborhood! So far, I have found no substantial issues. My energy bills are very low, and Brookfield has been very responsive and helpful to my phone calls and requests. My home inspection noted that Brookfield builds better than typical quality homes for the price point. There are many thoughtful "extras" built into my home. Very pleased with this house and Brookfield Custom Homes!!!

I'm a photographer who works in residential and commercial real estate and I've had the opportunity to be in over 30 of their homes since 2019. Details matter in my line of work and I can tell it really matters to Brookfield as well. I've watched them work around the clock to deliver their homes on time to their buyers and they do not skimp or service or quality. Their designs are modern and sophisticated. Their color pallets and designs are on point. The materials are high quality and I've personally watched their team work and do things the right way! I've personally built 3 new homes with different builders in other parts of the country and I wished our builders would have taken the care that Brookfield takes with each of their clients.
