Brikelle Corcoran, Yuma, AZ Realtor

Brikelle is hands down the best realtor we have ever worked with! As a military family moving across the country she worked AROUND the clock to facilitate video showings, driving around neighborhoods, coordinating with our realtor on the east coast, regarding the sale of our home there. The unique and unmatched quality that Brikelle possesses is , as a military spouse she has contacts EVERYWHERE! From having someone drop off coffee for me on moving day ( from the east coast) to making sure our house in Yuma was clean and fridge was stocked with a welcoming basket! Brikelle will go above and beyond what you ask for. She knows the area, is highly respected in the Yuma community and has contacts from plumbers to painters. You will not be disappointed if you use Brikelle as a realtor. 10 out of five stars!!

Brikelle was absolutely amazing to work with. Her response time was quick, she's thorough with information, and worked very hard to show us options according to our wants/needs. She was able to find us our dream home while we were on the complete opposite side of the country and weren't even able to be in Yuma. Buying a home so far away is scary, but Brikelle make it so easy and the process from start to finish was a piece of cake! Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Brikelle was awesome!. As a snowbird buying a winter home in Yuma, while in Canada, Brikelle explained to me what had to be done, and provided every answer for every question I had, quickly. She sent me videos of the property to view, to start, midway and a finishing final walk through. She walked me through the process of buying out of country, and gave me detailed instructions on what was to happen next. We finished the deal without even seeing it in person. I would definitely give her a thumbs up!! Great Job!!
