I ride the bus, Richard the driver is the nicest guy and Karen the lady that runs the center is very nice and helpful. She takes the time to explain everything.

It is a fun place to come to many nice people.

Went to the Sr. Center for the exercise class. There were over 30 ppl there both men and women and everyone was so nice. Most of the exercises were done in a sitting position but most were also using a resistance band so there was nothing wimpy about it. I had a shoulder replacement when the pandemic first hit so after the surgery I couldn't get in to a physical therapist. I did the recommended exercises during my recovery and slacked off soon after. This class is just what I need to get back in shape. Looking forward to going again tomorrow. Highly recommend!
