BPM Inc (Bare Property Management, Inc)

I have been renting my home from BPM for over 6 months. Apparently the person who rented previously, did not report issues with the home and I have been left with the responsibility of that. They have never taken more than 8 hours to get people out to fix the issues. I even got a new pool pump! They have an easy to use system for reporting issues and making full or partial payments. I have several friends who also lease from Bare Property Management and they too have had good experiences with them. I will use this company until I decide to purchase another home. They have never combated me on anything in the house that I suggest needs repair. Great at job BPM employees! Keep it up.

I’ve only been a resident for about 3 months, and I can confidently say that BPM is the BEST landlord I have EVER had!!! I came home from a business trip and my AC was broken. The house was at 82° and climbing. Within 45 minutes after putting in the maintenance request, my AC was fixed! The staff is extremely friendly and makes you feel like a valuable human and not just a source of revenue. Complete 180 from my previous landlords. If ANYONE is on the fence about renting with BPM, let me tell you that you won’t be making a bad decision if you rent from them! If I could give them an award for best landlords ever, I would!!

I can’t say enough about how wonderful BPM has been for me and my family. We currently lease two properties from them. Both properties are affordable. Anytime we have an issue, the issue is addressed within 24-48 hours. Recently, my daughter had an issue with the electrical line from her home; it was sagging and a fire hazard. BPM, OG&E, and the city of Norman worked together quickly to get this issue remedied and power restored. The projected time was 2 to 3 days; everything was fixed within 24 hours. Everyone who works at BPM has been kind and helpful. With the price of rent these days, Norman is really lucky to have BPM.
