I have to give a shoutout to Boulevard. We usually list our rental on our own to save money. We are a young couple and just have one small condo so we try to keep our numbers tight. With inflation where it is these days we were really weighing what to do this year as we really didn't want to have a lapse in our leases. We decided to pull the trigger and use Boulevard and we couldn't be happier. They help coordinate with our current renters to accommodate a better move in date for potential renters, opening up a huge student base that we would have missed out on other wise. The boulevard team was essential in this transition. We had a ton of showings right out of the gate and just signed an excellent pair of students that I feel great about renting our space to. "Secure for another year" - The soon to be new motto for the Boulevard team.
