I went into the shop on the verge of tears because I had put a dent in the body of the car that I was borrowing from a friend. My guilty conscience told me to fix it & I ended up at BBW. Patrick and his boys were quick in popping out the dent & buffing the area. I may even say that the car was in better condition than before I had even made the dent. Everyone at BBW saved me, and what my friend doesn't know won't kill her, right?
My job as a driver has led me to many autobody shops over the years. Everyone has left some disappointment or "wish this was done different or better" feeling-until now. Boston Body Works handled everything and all the extra communication with insurance co. They also did some extra work at a very fair price unrelated to the accident damage. Other body shops gave me estimates between $180-275 to simply paint side mirror! The car was ready sooner than I expected and Patrick came out to introduce himself, go around car and make sure I was happy with the work. Finally I have a place I can trust next time I have an accident it will be towed to Boston Body Works! And they sure have my business for any parking lot damage, scrapes, dings etc. thank you very much.
This is the second time I have relied on BBWI and once again they have delivered spectacular/perfect results, ahead of schedule and for a very reasonable price. More than that, everyone who works there is courteous and very helpful. I never write reviews, good or bad, but the BBWI team deserves the highest recommendation. I would go so far as to say BBWI is my best customer service experience in the five years I've lived in Boston.
My car was hit by a hit and run driver while I was at the gym. Boston Body works did an excellent job placing it and returning the car bright and shiny clean. I like the people and I like the work. Highly recommend.
I had some body work done on my car and it came back looking like new. The staff was professional and very helpful. Highly recommended!
BBWI's manager quickly appraised my damaged side view mirror on my ancient 1998 Olds Bravada SUV, asked me to wait, and had it professionally reanchored within the hour at a reasonable cost. I can't thank him enough.
I have been a customer of Boston Body Works for 20 years (or more!) and during this time I have utilized their service almost on an annual basis (this is the second time in last 12 months) and have received consistently high quality body work as promised and on time. Their interaction with my various insurance companies has been flawless and in recent years I've had my insurance check sent directly to them. I have not used another body shop during this 20 year period and do not intend to in the future. Although Pat Cibotti often says to me, "I'm the person you never want to see again!", when I do need body work done, he is just the person I want to see.
I would recommend everyone to use Boston Body Works for all their repairs.
Truly saved the day. Everyone who worked there was very welcoming and helpful. I would do business with them over and over again. Truly recommend BBW to anyone.
Nice folks to deal with, they took care of everything.
Great experience, will use again if needed for sure.
You guys were wonderful, I will recommend you to all my friends and family - Thank You!
Courteous crew, car ready when promised and was even detailed! Thanks.
Can't say enough about how great you guys are, high quality work, ready when promised, and you found my RING! Thanks so much.
Pat, you and your staff are always so nice and pleasant, it's nice to know there are still some nice people in the world. Thanks for everything.
Boston Body Works inc. (BBW) is a stellar performer in the auto body repair trade and #1 in my books. Over 20 years and on different occasions, I've both experienced and recommended the guarantees and assurances of BBW repair services to many. The timing and delivery of top quality work is rarely "off". But whenever it's off [mostly due to untimely parts supply], management and technicians have been tremendously accommodating, even compensating with complimentary services e.g. 'deluxe detailing'. According to owner Patrick C. - 'Mr. Problem-Solver Extraordinaire' "... [apart from fixing cars]... if the customer's fixed, then half my job's done...". Pat's not only the owner, he's an 'eagle-eyed' auto body repair man. Pat's the best... BBW's the best.
