Boston Body Works inc. (BBW) is a stellar performer in the auto body repair trade and #1 in my books. Over 20 years and on different occasions, I've both experienced and recommended the guarantees and assurances of BBW repair services to many.
The timing and delivery of top quality work is rarely "off". But whenever it's off [mostly due to untimely parts supply], management and technicians have been tremendously accommodating, even compensating with complimentary services e.g. 'deluxe detailing'.
According to owner Patrick C. - 'Mr. Problem-Solver Extraordinaire' "... [apart from fixing cars]... if the customer's fixed, then half my job's done...". Pat's not only the owner, he's an 'eagle-eyed' auto body repair man. Pat's the best... BBW's the best.
