20 Years of Consistently High Quality Service
I have been a customer of Boston Body Works for 20 years (or more!) and during this time I have utilized their service almost on an annual basis (this is the second time in last 12 months) and have received consistently high quality body work as promised and on time. Their interaction with my various insurance companies has been flawless and in recent years I've had my insurance check sent directly to them. I have not used another body shop during this 20 year period and do not intend to in the future. Although Pat Cibotti often says to me, "I'm the person you never want to see again!", when I do need body work done, he is just the person I want to see.
