Roof repair, moss removal & gutter cleaning

Thank you! Great job.

Roof cleaning

Another great job!

My only suggestion would be to ring the doorbell when you get finished. I had the check made out and waiting.

Monthly Service

We have appreciated the monthly service to blow off the roof except for the summer months when there is very little falling from the trees. The guys are pleasant, hard workers and have blown off the deck and front entrance of debris from the roof in addition. Upon viewing the statement, I find that not only has the service doubled in price (which I agreed with) but in large capital letters NO GROUND CLEAN-UP. I hope this doesn't include the deck and front entrance. They have never cleaned up the yard or removed the debris, just blew if off. We hope they will continue to provide that service. We no longer can do that kind of work.

Moss removal and roof treatment

Al Coven Roof Cleaning

The crew arrived on time and did a good job of answering all questions I had. Both of them were courteous and respectful

Moss Removal and Roof Treatment

The Bonn team provided excellent service in treating our roof. Randy thoroughly explained what was to be done; Andrea, Julie & Chris kept us informed about scheduling; and Tristan & Brian did an excellent job of removing the moss, replacing a couple of broken tiles they found, applying a moss barrier, and cleaning up all the debris afterward. And they did this carefully and safely. We are very pleased with the results and plan to use Bonn Roof Care on a regular basis in the future. Keep up the great work! John & JoAnne Walstad

Thank you for helping us out!

Thank you for fitting us into your schedule and sending such hard workers with cheerful dispositions. The sunroom roof is hard to reach and they did the best job they could from a ladder.

Excellent experience!

The young men who did the work were friendly, competent and knowledgeable. They made what could have been a stressful experience much more tolerable-----and the roof looks terrific! Thank you.

Great Job

I was very pleased with the promptness of their service. I had put off roof care for quite a while so I had a great crop of moss on a steep roof. They did a great job of removing it and making sure roof was in good shape. I especially liked the great clean up job after they were done. I would reccomend them highly.

Annual maintenance

Fine on the routine moss removal, etc.. Not so good on the skylight cleaning. Left some ugly streaks on glass.

Moss Removal

No Moss. No mess.

Bonn removed some pretty tough moss. Looks great, totally cleaned up. Couldn't tell they were even there except for the fact the roof was clean. Would highly recommend. Very clear communication along the way.

Great work

Great customer service from start to finish. Did excellent job cleaning up after roof and gutters were cleaned!

Roof and getter cleaning

Travis pointed out to us that the ridge of our roof has been damaged by previous crew members walking on the ridge. I have written you an email dated 12-13-14 spelling out the details of the problem. Please look over my email and get back to us at your earliest convenience. With the exception of this problem, we have been very pleased with your service and have recommended you to several of our neighbors.

Moss Removal

Moss Removal

So sorry they've moved.

Bonn Roof Care used to be in the Olympia area, , I had them come clean our roof and gutters which included treating a moss issue. They were great. that was a couple years ago and I wanted them to come back as it's needed again, I've discovered they've moved to Oregon!! Our loss is your gain, great company. I wished they were still here.

We had serious leaking after a big rain storm. You came before more damage could be done. Thank You You had many calls that day and took good care of us.

Fantastic job!

Very impressed with the service. The workers arrived on time, explained what they were going to do and did as they promised. They did a great job on the roof and I was extremely impressed with how clean things were when they were done. They rinsed the house, windows, driveway, patio and even the outdoor furniture to ensue that they didn't leave any kind of mess. They even found and removed an old calking tube in a down spout which was left from when the house was built. Great job guys! Will definitely use this company again!
