Roof cleaning

Exceptional service and communication. Very impressed with everyone in the office and crew. Thanks!

Go-To for Annual Roof & Gutter Cleaning

I rely on Bonn Roof Care every year for my annual roof and gutter cleaning. They are experts at what they do.

Roof cleaning good

But just recently cleaned windows had a residual left from the chemicals that destroyed the cleaning I had just done. I asked your guy to be sure it was rinsed thoroughly, but that didn't happen.

Great Job

Did an excellent job of cleaning and moss barrier on my roof.

Re-roofing at 855 Kenard Ct NW

Your company should feel fortunate to have such a hardworking crew that performed the labor on my re-roofing (I submitted a more detailed letter stating this when I came in to pay my balance. This letter should be in your personnel files.) I was also pleased that I was kept informed in a timely basis as to when the work would would be scheduled. I think the staff members' name was Kayla. I also felt that what I paid for your company's work was very fair. I have used Bonn frequently for roof maintenance in the past, and referred your company to one of my neighbors who's re-roofing was then done by Bonn.

Roof cleaning and moss barrier

Bonn Roof Care did an excellent job and arrived when they said they would and preformed very well by cleaning up after the work was completed....very satisfied

A very valuable yearly maintenace service!

This was our 3rd year of service. Boon is dependable, prompt, efficient and doesn't leave any messes. They report to us the condition of our roof and being too old to inspect ourselves we rest much easier knowing what shape our roof is in. Thank you Bonn.

Great job!

Competent friendly thorough professional safe. Very pleased with the roof service

Satisfied Customer

So pleased we have this yearly maintenance service on our roof. Well worth it! Takes the worry out of what is going on "up there." Reliable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy.

Crew did a wonderful job, professional, polite and very helpful. Excellent follow up and cleanup.

Good job for roof cleaning.

We first used Bonn's roof cleaning service for a metal roof in a damp mossy environment. On the first visit, the crew didn't have the right footwear. Instead of risking an accident, we rescheduled. Nice job on a slippery metal roof. Next job, a steep shingled Tudor roof. Gutter mats didn't get clean, back they came, pulled all the mats, flushed out the mud. Any company that doesn't risk the work force, and comes back to finish the job correctly gets our business again.

Professional Quality roof installation

Bonn installed a new roof, and they provide annual service. Their installation used high quality materials and they were timely and efficient. We are very happy with our roof.

The workers were very courteous, quick, and cleaned up very good plus trimming a tree limb that hung over my entrance roof. Very efficient.

Great Roof Cleaning Service!

Thanks for your excellent work!

Thorough

The workers were very courteous and hard working. They appeared to be very thorough in their work. The only reason I haven't rated them 5 stars is because I want to see how long the treatment lasts in terms of preventing the return of moss.

Reroof

I have used Bonn Roof Repair for periodic roof inspections, cleaning and sealing over the years. I used Bonn to reroof my twenty year old Roof and am satisfied with their customer service, quality work and pricing. I recommend Bonn for all Roof work.

Everything was great except for overzealous cleaning up

I have had the roof cleaning and moss barrier done several times by Bonn. This time, though, I think the crew got a little too free with the water hose when trying to spray off extra moss barrier that was on my siding. They ended up spraying water into the vent above my sliding glass doors and caused water to drip into my basement through the molding around sliding glass doors down there. Once the water dried up, everything seemed fine, but I wish they had been a bit more careful.

Ebner Roof Clean & Moss Removal Inv 2765

Both workers were very polite and friendly. They did an excellent job on our tile roof and took the time to do preventative maintenance.

cleaning and moss barrier

So far I would give you a five star rating because without going up on the roof for a personal inspection it appears to be a good job of cleaning. I won't know until sometime next spring how the moss barrier portion of the project will be rated. (After moss enters it's normal growing season on my roof. The job site was cleaned real good after the cleaning and the staff who did the job were very likeable and courteous.

Facia board replacement

The crew was fabulous. The job was difficult
