The crew did a great job. Showed up on time and got right to work. They left our house and yard way cleaner than when they started. After cleaning the roof they cleaned around the house including the entire driveway. We will most definitely be repeat customers.
We recently had our roof scraped of moss and a moss treatment done. Bonn did an excellent job - could not have asked for a more professional crew. Before leaving, they cleaned our yard...it looked better than it ever had. We highly recommend them. Great job!!!
Called to get an estimate on roof cleaning and maintenance, had someone out the next day to give an estimate and he was very polite and went over the estimate with me. 2 days after the estimate was provided I scheduled an appointment and it was as early as the next week. Super fast scheduling and the crew was on time and was respectf
Anthony and Wyatt were prompt, organized and checked in with me when they finished. They paid attention to a problem area and invited me to look it over.
This is the second time I have had the Bonn team clean and treat my roof. The appointment was for 9:00 A.M. and Bryan and Jose were on the roof at 9:00 A.M.. They work non-stop and cleaned up nicely afterward. The ladies in the office are friendly and professional at the same time. I have no trouble recommending this firm.
The team they sent arrived on time. was polite and friendly, and treated my concrete tile roof with the care that it needed and deserved, replacing a couple of broken tiles, cleaning off any moss, and applying anti-moss treatment. The work was done well and thoroughly and the clean up was excellent.
They did a good job but I think the price was too high for what they did!
Bonn does great work and has very responsive customer service. I use Bonn every fall for my annual roof and gutter cleaning.
Awesome service and cleaned yard of debris after. We are very pleased.
This company is a very family oriented company, who cares and loves it's customers just as much as the employee's. The work is great quality work and they strive to meet every customers need when it comes to their roof. Hands down, this is the best company for your roof. I wouldn't recommend anyone else.
You want to have a company that openly supports the current administration and its policies of hate, then use this company. If you don't, then spend your money elsewhere.
We spotted the Bonn Roof Care truck parked at our neighbor's house - I asked the foreman would walk down the lane and take a look at our roof. He was most helpful and came over, climbed on the roof, took measurements and photographs, giving me an estimate on the spot. The work was scheduled, the crew showed up on time and worked mo
I have used Bonn Roof Care since moving to Salem 9 years ago. Always, always professional and responsive. Their work is excellent and they leave my place cleaner than when they arrive. Thank you.
Gave thorough estimate. Kept to schedule. Completed work in timely, professional manner. Only local roofer who would even bid on this special project.
The company I work for owns a number of properties and we do a fair amount of roof work... mostly remove and replace but some smaller repairs. Bonn's prices are consistently better than the other local companies that bid our jobs, and I've been very happy with the quality of their work.
Bonn missed two promise dates to give me an estimate and didn't call when the 2nd date was missed so I moved on.
Dear disgruntled ex-employees: Jordan, upon being fired for smoking pot on the job (as witnessed by other employees) you had your wife call and claim you were being attacked and robbed by these fellow employees in our parking lot, but video survelllance showed it never happened (and the employees had actually left early that day, un
No integrity, loyalty, or concern for loyal employees, not people of their word. Workers are great it's management that'll make you mad.nothing fair or right. Paying roofers a mere 15.00$ an hour all the while charging customers almost 70$ an hour for that labor. When an employee has an issue unrelated to work, say a medical situation
These guys are a joke. Smoking weed on roof tops and then blaming their co workers when they get caught. Besides, why pay them money when all they do is use cedar sticks to scrap moss of your roof and then use your faucet water with a bag of powdered zinc and then tell you " dont worry, your roof is now immune" haha, all you have to
I just moved into a new house that hasn't had roof maintenance for years. James, Cody and Zen came out and spent all day scraping the moss off the roof, cleaning out the gutters, repairing shingles and then cleaning up the mess from the moss. They did an outstanding job. The front office staff was excellent and delivered exactly w
