Apr 2, 2021 Roof replacement
Boon Roof Care replaced our old roof with a beautiful new roof. We felt they did an excellent job - timely, efficient and kept us informed every step of the way. The crew did a great job of cleaning up at the end of each day. Once the new roof was finished they applied the moss barrier to protect our new roof. We would highly recommend their services.

Mar 10, 2021 Great job
Eric and Wesley did a great job on our mossy roof. Work all day. Hand cleaned (not power washed) the composite roof and removed all the debris. Then thorough clean up around house. I hope the chemical treatment applied does a good job to retard regrow. Highly recommend Bonn. Don’t be fooled by other services based on lower price using a power washer.

Dec 8, 2020 Great Job
Bonn Roofing was timely on estimating the cost of the job and arriving at my home as scheduled. They completed the job in one day. They cleaned up the mess on the ground, from the moss, debris and pine needles, but not completely to my satisfaction. When I contacted them about it the office promptly sent a person to evaluate. The office emailed me and stated a gentleman would be out to finish the cleanup to my expectations. I didn't expect 100% I just wanted the area that was clean before to be almost clean again. The workers and office staff were always friendly and timely. The work that I could see was done as expected. The moss, pine needles and other debris was off my roof and it looked clean. KM

Dec 3, 2020 Excellent service and great workers
We were very pleased by the work Erik and Zack did on our roof this week. They worked diligently to remove the accumulated moss, and they cleaned up very thoroughly. They were polite and helpful, as were all the people we talked to in the Bonn's office. We would definitely recommend Bonn Roof Care and will call them again when the need arises!

Nov 28, 2020 Continued great service
Last year Bonn Roof put a new roof on our house and did an excellent job! This fall was our first annual maintenance. Once again, the office staff was efficient, timely, and answered all my questions. The team that performed the work was courteous, and safe (the whole pandemic thing!). They answered all my questions, were very thorough, and did a great job cleaning up! I am very confident with the service provided and trust the company. I look forward to working with them in the years to come. I highly recommend this company.

Oct 20, 2020 Exceptional Roof Service!
I am very pleased with all aspects of the Bonn Roof Care company. They have a dedication to customer service that one doesn't find every day anymore. Friendly and efficient office staff made service scheduling a snap. The crew showed up right on time and was professional and safe. They cleaned up well and provided me a report before they left, and I received the invoice promptly for the agreed-upon amount. It was all a smooth, trouble-free process. I will certainly continue to use this company for all my roof needs!

Oct 13, 2020 Excellent Roof Maintenance
I've used Bonn Roof Care in Salem for over 10 years and once again, they did an excellent job of removing the moss, cleaning out gutters, caulking the pipe stems, and applying moss deterrent. My roof is 23 years old, and I had asked them also for a new roof estimate. Their inspector said that my roof was still in great shape, and wouldn't need to be replaced for 3-5 years. I appreciate their honesty, as well as the great care they have provided!

Oct 12, 2020 Good as new roof and clean gutters
Donald and Zack just finished moss removal on the roof and cleaning the gutters. They were on time, courteous, efficient and hard working. Laura of the office staff was exceptional, as well in explaining the procedures, answering questions, and scheduling in a prompt manner. Everything was done as promised and I would definitely recommend Bonn Roof Care.

Sep 16, 2020 Roof cleaning
Yesterday, Donald and Lonnie from Bonn Roof Care arrived on time to clean the moss from my roof. They did a very thorough job of cleaning, and were so helpful in answering my many questions. They did a great job in cleaning all debris afterwards - blowing it off the roof and hosing down the Siding and pathways. I would highly recommend their work for anyone who needs a clean roof! Mine was pathetic as I Almost waited way too long to have it cleaned but they did a very nice job.
