I had the limited moss that had built up in the 4 years since I got a new roof cleaned off and moss barrier applied. The team that came out (Connor and Chris) were very friendly and talked through any of my concerns before getting started. They did a thorough job and let me know what they found after they cleaned up. I was very happy with the job well done.

May 19, 2023 I Would Give More Stars If I Could
I found Bonn to be the most honest company I made contact with. I initially was going to have the roof replaced but Bonn was the ONLY company who suggested, cleaning and moss barrier which I had not done in years. Everyone from the gals in the office to the guys who came out to do the work have been so pleasant (whether on the phone or in person). I had a few questions which were answered promptly and they also explained what they do, how they do it and why they do it. I like the details! They arrived on time, completed the work and cleaned up afterwards!! Thank you Grant, Hunter, Connor and Antonio who climbed up there in the blistering heat...and, Hayden and James who came to do a post cleaning inspection. When I do need a new roof, I will be calling Bonn.

The office called to see if the crew could come a day earlier than scheduled. This worked for me! The crew was on time, polite and did their job quickly and well. They were able to identify a couple of loose shingles and repaired them right then, after asking permission. I have used Bonn for years for annual cleaning, maintenance and small repairs as needed. I will continue to do so.

We were very pleased with Jay and the job he did on replacing our two skylights. He didn't take a long time and worked efficiently to get the job done. He showed concern that we should have some plastic down to catch any falling debris and I appreciated that. We will ask for him for any future jobs relating to our skylights or roofing projects.

Conner and Grant did an excellent job on our roof. They set a time of arrival and then called to explain that they were experiencing vehicles trouble and would be later. When they did arrive they went right to work, took care of our maintenance on the roof and cleaned up after themselves. That is why we always use your company.

The guys appeared to do a great job. My only issue was that I came home mid day to find our truck covered in moss with a large piece of wood. Thankfully it does lt look like the wood damaged anything but I had been home earlier and the guys could have asked me to move the truck. I moved the truck midday and while they did a great job cleaning up the site they forgot the truck. Otherwise the guys were professional and let me know when they were leaving.

On the first roof cleaning, I did not feel it was done properly. I spoke with someone at Bonn and he came out to look and agreed it was not done completely. On second cleaning visit, the roof looked pretty much the same. The third time, it looked better but there was still some debris. I was then told there were some areas that could not be completely cleaned without damaging the tiles. At this point I was strongly encouraged to pay the remainder of our bill (by conversation and emails). We mailed it that day. As far as I know, the roof repair was done properly though postponed due to supply chain issues.

Erik, Jimmy, and Zack serviced our home on 5-13-21 and did and excellant job. They were on time, worked well, and were respectful of us and our property. They cleaned the roof, and removed rain tubes, and attached gutter screens in their place. They repaired storm damaged shingles and applied moss retardant. They cleaned skylights and cleaned up after their work. I would recommend them to others.

Erik, Wes and Zack did a great job. On-time, respectful and efficient! Thanks for the clean-up as well. My only complaint is that they did not review what they did, I had to assume they completed the tasks on the estimate. Hard to examine my 3 story roof! But it looks good from down here.
