Travis pointed out to us that the ridge of our roof has been damaged by previous crew members walking on the ridge. I have written you an email dated 12-13-14 spelling out the details of the problem. Bonn Roof Care used to be in the Olympia area, , I had them come clean our roof and gutters which included treating a moss issue. They were great. that was a couple years ago and I wanted them to come back as it's needed again, I've discovered they've moved to Oregon!! Our loss is your gain, great company. I wished they were still here.

We had serious leaking after a big rain storm. You came before more damage could be done. Thank You You had many calls that day and took good care of us.

Very impressed with the service. The workers arrived on time, explained what they were going to do and did as they promised. They did a great job on the roof and I was extremely impressed with how clean things were when they were done. They rinsed the house, windows, driveway, patio and even the outdoor furniture to ensue that they didn't leave any kind of mess. They even found and removed an old calking tube in a down spout which was left from when the house was built. Great job guys! Will definitely use this company again!

Called to get an estimate for two specific needs and after making an appointment I mentioned I was in the process of selling my home and these repairs were listed on the home inspection report. Bonn asked that I email them the entire report. I said I would email them the information that pertained to the roof only and they said that

Moss removal and treatment

Very thorough removal of 12-yr old moss buildup from roof. Greatly appreciated. However... I'd rate the clean-up as a B. Lots of moss left behind on back yard. Leaf-blowing moss out of my side work shed only managed to blow a lot of sawdust onto everything else in the shed. At inspection/estimate thought he said they had a special tool and that the guy inspecting would be doing the job. But other, seemingly younger/inexperienced guys showed up. The special tool was cedar shingle sticks, many of which I'm still finding in my bushes/beds against the house. Makes me worry I need to climb up and inspect the gutters...
