Matthew worked from 9:30 - noon on cleaning the roof and the ground where all the debris landed. The roof looks great - it has a lot of valleys - and my yard looks better than when he arrived. He did a stellar job cleaning both. The jwork will be finished next week with moss treatment and washing the skylights. I have this done every two years and consider it money well invested. Very friendly but make sure you get Everything in writing. I was out of town and shouldve waited for paperwork. Over the phone is no contract. 3rd time out they found the oringinal problem leak. By then I paid out much more than oringinally told by phone. Get all in writing!!!
Punctual. Polite. Seemed to be well equipped. Seemed to operate safely. Results appear to be as expected as I can only view from the ground. Completion price was as was quoted. Sensitive areas below on the ground were covered. Post work clean-up was complete. The team of three seemed to work well together and operated fairly quietly.
Bonn has been my go to provider for roof cleaning, repairs, gutter cleaning, and ventilation work on two separate houses over the last three years. I trust their expertise and greatly appreciate the haste they have for my requests. I've recommended them to friends and neighbors as well and all have been pleased.
Will never use this place again! While getting our roof done one of the supervisors tried to lie to me when one of their guys fell off the roof without a harness. OSHA was called and they were reported.
We had a persistent leak above one of our sliding doors. The technician came out, gave the area a thorough inspection and traced the problem to failing caulk about 20 ft away. He re-caulked the problem area, then inspected the rest of the roof to identify other areas that needed re-caulking. The technician was on time, polite and knowleagable.
They keep my roof in Tip-Top shape, and always do more than expected!! Very professional and courteous.
Brian and Anthony removed the moss from my roof and washed three skylights for me today. They were pleasant, friendly, and took great care to leave my decks, sidewalks and patio clean. As I understand it, the estimate was for less time than the job took, but Brian and Anthony worked steadily and wasted no time in completing the work. They did a fine job. We just had Bonn Roofing work on our tile roof. The estimate was thorough and professional. Cleaning the moss was a long, laborious job, and the 2 workers did it in less than a day, and did a few extra improvements when I asked. They also replaced a lot of broken tile at a very, very reasonable price, and worked collaboratively with me throughout the whole job. We asked them for a re-roof estimate, as we were considering changing to a metal roof. Again, the estimate was thorough and professional, and they dealt with me in a friendly, helpful way. I was fortunate to have the opportunity to stop by their office, and all the staff was pleasant and professional. One of the gentlemen there also gave me some helpful advice on a separate job I was working on. I'm pretty picky when it comes to house repairs, and even more so when it comes to roofs. Bonn Roofing met and exceeded all my expectations. We plan on having them do our annual maintenance, and I feel very comfortable following their recommendations.
To start with, Todd (the owner) came out initially and talked about what I wanted to do. I told him I was having trouble choosing a color and he showed me some samples and even drove me around my neighborhood so we could see if there were any existing roof on homes that I might like. He was very patient about the whole thing. We found a couple that I liked and he suggested two color combos he had that he thought I would like. I finally chose one after thinking about it for a couple of days and we scheduled the job. There was a crew of four who showed up every day ON TIME and got to work. They were efficient, were careful about what they were doing, very courteous, and answered any questions I had as the work progressed. They cleaned up each day before they left so there was nothing on my driveway that might puncture my car tires. Jay, the crew leader, was really, really great. He was the last to leave every day and made sure I was happy with what was going on. I would recommend this company whole-heartedly. I got exactly what I asked for. Thanks Todd!!!!
I am so thankful to have chosen Bonn Roof to replace my leaky roof with a quality roof with proper ventilation. Extra time was spent on a difficult roofing job to assure that the roof was done properly at no extra charge. I am so thankful to have had an experienced, respectful crew that truly cared about doing the best work they could do. It was a pleasant experience (even for the neighbors)!

Todd personally came out to discuss things with my roof. He was extremely honest and took his time explaining everything. They promptly scheduled us and arrived on the day they said and even beat me to my property. We just moved in and our house had never been serviced before so there was a lot of work! The men worked diligently for 12 hours! It got dark and I assumed they would quit, but nope! They even cleaned up all of their mess including leaves and moss that was there already. They were just simply fantastic! My only complain is that I wish we had the option of them cleaning our gutters/eaves because they did such a good that now my gutters look dirtier :) !! :)
Your crew did an excellent job. Very, very good on cleanup. Seem to enjoy their job and work well with customer.
