Aug 13, 2019 Excellent service!
They came when scheduled; completed the work thoroughly and cleaned the yard afterwards. Excellent job cleaning the roof, gutters, and putting on barrier. I would definitely recommend them and plan on using them again!

Aug 6, 2019 Excellent Work
I'm finished fighting moss on my roof. They cleaned and treated it in one day, and it looks better than it has since it was new. I couldn't be happier. Thank you Bonn Roof Care in Salem OR.

Aug 2, 2019 Great to work with
Had a great experience with Bonn. I will use them again in the future for sure. Had moss removal and roof cleaning. They also removed an old antenna that was an eye-sore on my roof. They were very professional to work with and were able to do my quote and the work without me having to take any time off of work to meet with them. The office staff is very courteous. Thanks so much,.

Called Bonn and asked for moss removal. They were out the next day to inspect my roof and give me an estimate. The job was started right away and completed in a day

Jul 19, 2019 Tile Roof Cleaning
Bonn Roofing de-mossed the roof of my house and shop and pump house. They were here all day and did a good job! I believe it was a hard job because of the size of my roof. However, the clean up could have been a little better and I didn't like picking up cigarette butts around my yard. I have been picking up large moss pieces in my flower beds and around my yard for weeks now, there was red dust everywhere and I had to spend several days trying to hose it off of my windows, patio and side walks. I would use them again but would stress that they do a better job of cleaning up.

Jul 15, 2019 Great work!
We are very satisfied with the thorough work and fair cost from Bonn Roof Care. They cleaned the moss from our very steep garage roof and main building. They cleaned up the gutters and took care of the mess on the ground. Very satisfied!

Jul 12, 2019 Just simply "Bonn-ie"
We have had Bonn Roof Care taking care of our roof for many years. They are always on time, attentive and efficient. I have seen them with tooth brushes getting the hard to reach moss. Nothing harsh or rough with these guys. Always clean up after themselves. Thank you

Jun 12, 2019 Roof Maintenance
Bonn Roof Care is always on the ball to remind me of when my roof needs and cleaning and moss treatment. I may not always want to hear that it is time again but I know it is necessary. It is expensive but I have a lot of roof and I am certainly not going up there and neither is my husband. Anyone approaching 70 should not be up on the roof. The crew came on time, did their job, and cleaned up the area before they left. They even left their names with me in case I had any issues with their work. I would recommend their service.

This is the second time I have had the Bonn team clean and treat my roof. The appointment was for 9:00 A.M. and Bryan and Jose were on the roof at 9:00 A.M.. They work non-stop and cleaned up nicely afterward. The ladies in the office are friendly and professional at the same time. I have no trouble recommending this firm.

Apr 30, 2019 Tile roof cleaning and moss barrier application
The crew was very courteous and friendly as always, but they did miss some of the moss and on the peaks of the roof and were not able to get the white spots off the tile/roof. I am unsure if the peak tiles which needed to be re-caulked, were done. There was some minor debris left in the gutters which I have since washed out. While washing out my gutters, I found the crew's cigarette butts in the street that had been placed in my rain drain at the curb during their breaks. The crew always works hard and puts in a full day on my roof, but over the years, my cost has gone from $995 in 2012 to $1665 this year which is getting to be a little cost prohibitive.

Apr 26, 2019 Great Job
The workmen arrived early and got right to work. They cleaned the roof and applied the moss treatment as requested. They cleaned the area up so you would not even know they had been here. It was a great experience.

The team they sent arrived on time. was polite and friendly, and treated my concrete tile roof with the care that it needed and deserved, replacing a couple of broken tiles, cleaning off any moss, and applying anti-moss treatment. The work was done well and thoroughly and the clean up was excellent.

Mar 11, 2019 Dry rot discovered where old basketball hoop had been installed on garage roof.
Timing, response and cordiality of workmen was fine. Replacement of roof shingles was discussed and I directed the repairman to a small out-building in south side of house (old dog house from previous owner which had been reshingled with what was on existing roof). He noted that and I expected the replacement shingles to match the existing shingles on the roof. I was surprised , disappointed, and annoyed the shingles used to repair the garage roof did not match the shingles on the existing roof and the referenced out building. I should have been advised he did not have matching shingles as this aspect of our roof greets everyone driving into our enter driveway of the mismatched roof shingles.
