Tile Roof Cleaning and Moss Barrier Application

The crew was very courteous and friendly as always, but they did miss some of the moss and on the peaks of the roof and were not able to get the white spots off the tile/roof. I am unsure if the peak tiles which needed to be re-caulked, were done. There was some minor debris left in the gutters which I have since washed out. While washing out my gutters, I found the crew's cigarette butts in the street that had been placed in my rain drain at the curb during their breaks. The crew always works hard and puts in a full day on my roof, but over the years, my cost has gone from $995 in 2012 to $1665 this year which is getting to be a little cost prohibitive.
