Your company should feel fortunate to have such a hardworking crew that performed the labor on my re-roofing (I submitted a more detailed letter stating this when I came in to pay my balance. This letter should be in your personnel files.) I was also pleased that I was kept informed in a timely basis as to when the work would would be scheduled. I think the staff members' name was Kayla. I also felt that what I paid for your company's work was very fair. I have used Bonn frequently for roof maintenance in the past, and referred your company to one of my neighbors who's re-roofing was then done by Bonn.
