Moss Removal/Roof Repair

On the first roof cleaning, I did not feel it was done properly. I spoke with someone at Bonn and he came out to look and agreed it was not done completely. On second cleaning visit, the roof looked pretty much the same. The third time, it looked better but there was still some debris. I was then told there were some areas that could not be completely cleaned without damaging the tiles. At this point I was strongly encouraged to pay the remainder of our bill (by conversation and emails). We mailed it that day. As far as I know, the roof repair was done properly though postponed due to supply chain issues.
